Our Environment

The school provides education from Pre-School up to Class X. Various subjects including English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, General Studies, Urdu, Moral Science, Islamic Studies, Computer and Art ‘n’ Craft are a part of the school curriculum. The students are encouraged to develop communicative skills so that they are able to speak English, the Lingua Franca of the modern world and confidently express their views in today’s time.

For a child’s overall development they are facilitated and encouraged to participate in sport and extracurricular activities as well as various cultural programs. Activities such as debates, essay competition are often held in the school premises. Games and physical education are carried out on a regular basis. Annual Day celebration showcases the talent of many, with active participation of students filled with excitement and enthusiasm.

The Garden Public School provides an unparalleled education for students from Pre-Nursery to Grade 10. Our strong academic program begins with our Montessori preschool and continues through elementary school and middle school. Students gain vital skills in math, reading, technology, writing, and world language, while they improve their ability to solve problems, think critically, and be creative.

Technology In the Classroom

Technology advancement has affected every sphere of human life especially education. This has changed our perception of what a school should provide for its students. In times of booming technology the computer labs, smart classes through Projectors at Garden Public School provide the appropriate platform to the students to be future technocrats. The computer labs are used not just to hone the skills of computer geeks but also provide an exposure to the novices. Computer lab and Smart Classes are the complete amalgamation of visual entertainment and learning. Students are taught concepts of flash, HTML, VB, MS Office, C and C++ at various levels which prepare them to face the tough challenges of computer world later on. Walk in any time of the day, you’ll always find a few teachers and students at work in these labs.

Parents Teacher Meeting

To bring out the best in a child it is necessary that regular interactions between parents and the teachers are conducted. Hence the parents teacher’s meeting are held after every set of examination so that the parents can review their child’s performance in academics as well as co-curricular activities.

Parents are requested to co-operate and keep in touch with the school authorities to get a regular and complete feedback about their ward. The development of a child depends on parents as well as the school. Both must go hand in hand.

Language Classes

The School of Languages at the school has two main missions: training students to teach English to speakers of other languages (ESOL), and providing foreign language instruction, including English as a second language (ESL).
These classes are important because in today’s world being multi lingual as a talent and hence help us achieve greater things in life.

Academic Standards

We nurture the growth of the whole child academically, socially, physically and emotionally . Long-term projects and research are integral elements of the curriculum. Study skills, information literacy and technology and critical and creative thinking skills are incorporated throughout instruction. Students are exposed not only to the core academic subjects, such as language arts, math, science, social science and foreign languages, but also to music, art, theater, technology and physical education.
